A good night sleep Positive: How close was to the event I had to go, and the security of the building Negative: Pool isn’t available in week days and I couldn’t access to my balcony of the apartment

Host was very responsive but property was definitely not new or clean. Host is also a 3rd party (an external property management company). This means it is managed by a third-party provider using a system different from Vrbo. These property managers manage their own reservation processes, which can result in a different experience! Due to this arrangement, Vrbo does not have access to the full payment details or the ability to handle cancellations or modifications for your reservation! So if the place is misleading and not up to your expectations they do not have to comply with refunds or assisting you to make things right.

The apartment was clean and fresh. The balcony was closed to access and the windows had a plastic cover on them so you couldn't have a clean view, it was obscured. Everything else was very nice.

Location to Miami wonderful, but definitely not luxury at all Positive: The location in the views were exceptional, the gym in the pools and hot tub were wonderful Negative: When we got there we put groceries milk and medicine in the fridge fridge and then found out on day two that the fridge wasn’t working it was cycling off every 10 minutes and then nothing was getting cold, the jet tub in the bathroom didn’t work the master bath shower was stuck on spray nozzle wouldn’t go on the regular head, the front sink was also stuck on spray and wouldn’t just have a stream of water come out of it, there were cigar burns in the carpet in the middle of the floor which was a different carpet in the pictures which was a lot dirty or uglier, there was scuff marks and patch marks in the ceiling in the walls, the windows were quite dirty, there was excessive caulking in the bathrooms and around the tile corners which looks like a blind Handyman got in there, there was also mold on a tile, the location was great but to call this a luxury suite definitely wasn’t luxury there were screws missing from the return vent hanging from the ceiling there were recessed candle lights hanging out of the ceiling it was not what was promoted online.
