Positive: Nix hat überzeugt Negative: Alle Möbel fallen fast auseinder das Bett ist eine Katastrophe fühlt sich an als schlaffe man auf dem Boden, die Toilette verstopft ständig eigentlich kaum möglich, alles im gesamten schon sehr stark beansprucht, der Vermieter informiert kurz vor Ankunft mal soll eine app herunter laden damit sich die Türe aussperrt dafür benötigt man jedoch eine us Nummer die man erst am airport besorgen kann, vor Ort keine nutzbare Funktion die tüte verschlossen nach 1 Std öffnet der Vermieter per ab die Türe nach 15 Std Anreisezeit natürlich perfekt.... Klimaanlage nicht regulierbar entweder an oder aus fertig Erkältung vorprogrammiert. Service und Qualität sind hier wirklich nur als Katastropha zu bezeichnen, mir ist ein Rätsel wo die positiven Bewertungen herkommen.l

Do not trust the owner! Positive: Only the location. But there are much better other options. Negative: Our experience was extremely poor because he lied to us, and we had to escalate the issue through Booking to finally get what he had promised. We were shocked when maintenance staff unexpectedly knocked on our door around noon in the middle of our stay, saying they were there to replace the washing machine. We had not been informed about this, so I immediately contacted the owner. Surprisingly, he claimed he had sent a message that same day at 7:00 AM “notifying” us they would come, and that I was expected to let them in and wait while they completed their work. I told him we did not agree, as we were getting ready to go out for lunch (during our vacation!!!). After trying to pressure us several times, the owner offered us a half-day discount if we would allow the maintenance work. I agreed, but only on the condition that we receive the discount, since it meant sacrificing part of my vacation time and taking the risk of any issues that might arise (like a broken pipe). Once the maintenance staff left, the owner simply stopped answering our messages. We had to escalate everything to Booking again to get the refund he had promised. This is the kind of person you will be dealing with, so be prepared. In addition, the curtains were completely broken, so the room was bright at night from outside lights and again early in the morning. Although the location is good, there are better options out there. Not amazing at all.  I would not recommend this place at all. I hope this review helps someone in the future.

Positive: Das Apartment war sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage war super. Die übrigen Einrichtungen im Gebäude, wie Gym, Pool, Sauna waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Negative: Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Positive: Fantastic location, close to ṭrolley stop. Great facilities. Full kitchen and laundry were much appreciated.

Bel appart , confort et bien placé Positive: L.emplacement idéal , et l appartement et superbe avec un grand balcon pour se poser . Le contact avec l hôte et superbe aussi , réactif et professionnel. Negative: Les agent d accueil au check in sont sympa ,mais parle un anglais approximatif pour certain , et le plus gros point et qu'il voit faut le badge qui vous attend dans l appartement pour faire bouger l ascenseur , donc quand vous monter avec votre voiture dans le garage , et bien l ascenceur vous redescendra au RDC ,où il vous faut retourner a l accueil pour qu'il vous fasse monter , sa c es tle point noir , idem pour repartir , vous devez laisser ce badge dans la chambre mais du coup vous pouvez pas accéder au garage .
