Horrible, disgusting unclean and not worth the money. Positive: Nothing to like about this experience or location. Not a single positive thing to say about this place. Negative: The person managing this property, John was extremely rude. Communication was totally lacking from the moment I booked this property. I emailed John asking about the check in process and his response was short, curt and rude. He didn't bother answer any real questions and got quite snippy with me when I repeated my request for info. Day of arrival comes and suddenly John is spamming me messages and also texting me, all while Im traveling across the country. He gets short and snippy with me because Im not falling over myself to respond to his texts with in 2 minutes of receiving them. I have to unpack my stuff as Im standing in line for the flight so I can take pictures of my ID and sent it to him. That alone made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. This guy who has already mistreated us now demanding pictures of my ID and my wife. The tone of his messages were rude, and threatening. Walking into this apartment building, you go through the smelliest most disgusting hallways I have ever encountered. Every day the smells got worse and more disgusting. The elevator floor was full of trash juice and everything was sticky. This is in a huge apartment complex that is not friendly to vrbo rentals. The actual apartment itself was the most disgustingly place I have ever stepped foot into. All furniture was damaged. We took video because we were afraid to be charged for the state of this place. We walked in and at first sight everything looks okay. But we got in late so as we looked everything became clear, this was a gross and unclean place. The blankets had sticky crusty red stains. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dog and human hair. The bathtub was full of hair. There was a giant snot/booger wiped onto the wall in one of the rooms. Kitchen was disgusting, all utensils unclean. They sent cleaners two days into our 4 day stay so we were forced to stay in this pig sty for 2 days before anything felt remotely clean.

Positive: An amazing an comfortable home , a lot places near by less than 5 minutes , i highly recommend
