Appartement discret de 2 chambres à Edgewater/centre-ville avec parking gratuit

Positive: Binanın konumu güzel, otopark mevcut ve güvenli. 4 kişilik aile için yeterli büyüklükte. İklimlendirme güzel ve kontrol edilebiliyor. Negative: Evin mutfak eşyalarında eksikler mevcut. Birbirine benzeyen bardak seti bile yok. Mutfak eşyaları oldukça pisti baştan yıkamanızı öneririz. Salondaki kanepe içindeki yatak aşırı eski ve yayları kırılmış. Balkonda oturmak için sadece 2 sandalye mevcut. Dairenin bulunduğu sokakta 2 tane büyük inşaat var, şu an için oldukça ses mevcut. Bina asansörü güven vermiyor, kat aralarında yaylanma ve hoplama yapıyor sanki birşey kopacak gibi his veriyor. Biz bina sahibi kaynaklı sorunlardan daireye 18.00 de girebildik, çıkarken 11:00 da kapımız çalındı çıkar mısınız diye.

Schöne Wohnung mit Ausbaupotenzial Positive: Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit vom Wasser entfernt und man hat einen tollen Blick auf Miami Beach. Bei Nacht ein tolles Panorama Die Unterkunft stellt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist eine Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Waschmittel für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine wurden zur Verfügung gestellt Die Unterkunft hat genügend Handtücher und Pflegemittel zur Verfügung gestellt Negative: Am Anreisetag erhielten wir einen Code für die Wohnungstür. Dieser Code war falsch und wir kontaktierten den Vermieter und erhielten keine Antwort. Zum Glück war die Tür angelehnt und war nicht verschlossen. Da wir am nächsten Tag nicht bis zur Antwort warten wollten haben wir unsere Wertsachen ins Auto gelegt und ließen die Tür unverschlossen. Als wir zurückkamen hat jemand die Tür verschlossen und wir kamen nicht mehr in die Wohnung. Mehrere Stunden versuchten wir den Vermieter per Mail/Booking/telefonisch vergeblich zu erreichen. Die Rufnummer die bei Booking steht ist falsch. Zur Wohnung selbst: 1. Spülmaschine ist nicht befestigt und reinigt nicht richtig 2. Der Schrank unter dem Spülbecken geht auseinander 3. Bei der Renovierung wurde nicht richtig abgedeckt. Möbel, Boden, Bett und Fernsehgeräte haben Farbe abbekommen 4. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Nach 1 Woche hatten wir Rückenprobleme 5. Lüfter im Bad funktioniert nicht 6. Duschköpfe in beiden Bädern sind dreckig (Kalk) und das Gummi ist spröde. Wasser spritzt in alle Richtungen 7. Unterschrank im Bad ist aufgequollen und wurde mit Silikon überdeckt 8. Wasserhahn an der Badewanne fehlt 9. Boden war bei Ankunft schmutzig und wir mussten erst wischen

Positive: Gratis privatparkering. To badeværelser. Fin altan. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Negative: Sovesofaen var skæv. Meget sparsomt med køkkenudstyr og der manglede bestik, så der var nok til alle. Aircondition larmede så meget at vi ikke kunne have den kørende om natten. Dårlig lydisolering til gangen så vi kunne tydeligt høre når naboer kom og gik, også om natten.

Good location Positive: Location was good walking distance to a lot of places. Negative: When we arrived at the place we found it to be OK, not sure whether every apartment was the same but let's start: the front door was very loose and handle almost off. The ensuite bathroom all the cupboard doors were rotting there was no handle on the bath part of the tap, the 2nd bathroom, water went everywhere all over the floor had to clean up with a towel. We found the place to be very dirty, contacted the owner and he sent a cleaning lady over to clean the floors. we found there was no dish towels in the kitchen only kitchen paper, contacted owner and told him and he sent over bath towels and face washers not sure why!! all we wanted was something to dry the dishes. The other thing we found was there is no kettle in the apartment only a coffee maker had to boil water in a pot on the stove. It was very easy to contact the owner it is a shame that the place wasn't kept cleaner and maintenance done as it is a good size 2 bedroom apartment just needs a lot of work done.

Fabulous base for a couple of days in Miami Positive: Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a home from home. Great location with sea views and a short walk to lively bars and restaurants. Great communication from the owner
