Positive: Clean and good location. Negative: The pull out sofa didn’t want to pull out nor go back in. Not enough towels nor bedding for sofa bed.

Positive: Location was great! The apt was very clean smelling...great for family of 5 Negative: The birds pooping in the garage and sitting ..we had to get out of the car to make them move

Positive: First the positive: it is mostly clean (except for the greasy surface near the stove and the extremely dirty floor), the apartment is quite spacious, bed linen and towels are fresh, an assigned parking space and the owner responded quickly to questions. Negative: However, the apartment is unfortunately getting on in years and is worn out (rust in the tumble dryer, on the bar stools and kitchen table/chairs, garbage can etc., worn couch), regardless of the unfixed dishwasher, which also does not clean the dishes properly. Birbirine benzeyen bardak seti bile yok. Mutfak eşyaları oldukça pisti baştan yıkamanızı öneririz. Salondaki kanepe içindeki yatak aşırı eski ve yayları kırılmış. Balkonda oturmak için sadece 2 sandalye mevcut. Dairenin bulunduğu sokakta 2 tane büyük inşaat var, şu an için oldukça ses mevcut. Bina asansörü güven vermiyor, kat aralarında yaylanma ve hoplama yapıyor sanki birşey kopacak gibi his veriyor. Bei Nacht ein tolles Panorama Die Unterkunft stellt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist eine Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Waschmittel für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine wurden zur Verfügung gestellt Die Unterkunft hat genügend Handtücher und Pflegemittel zur Verfügung gestellt Negative: Am Anreisetag erhielten wir einen Code für die Wohnungstür. Dieser Code war falsch und wir kontaktierten den Vermieter und erhielten keine Antwort. Zum Glück war die Tür angelehnt und war nicht verschlossen. Da wir am nächsten Tag nicht bis zur Antwort warten wollten haben wir unsere Wertsachen ins Auto gelegt und ließen die Tür unverschlossen. Als wir zurückkamen hat jemand die Tür verschlossen und wir kamen nicht mehr in die Wohnung. Mehrere Stunden versuchten wir den Vermieter per Mail/Booking/telefonisch vergeblich zu erreichen. Die Rufnummer die bei Booking steht ist falsch. Zur Wohnung selbst: 1. Spülmaschine ist nicht befestigt und reinigt nicht richtig 2. Der Schrank unter dem Spülbecken geht auseinander 3. Bei der Renovierung wurde nicht richtig abgedeckt. Möbel, Boden, Bett und Fernsehgeräte haben Farbe abbekommen 4. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Nach 1 Woche hatten wir Rückenprobleme 5. Lüfter im Bad funktioniert nicht 6. Duschköpfe in beiden Bädern sind dreckig (Kalk) und das Gummi ist spröde. Wasser spritzt in alle Richtungen 7. Unterschrank im Bad ist aufgequollen und wurde mit Silikon überdeckt 8. Wasserhahn an der Badewanne fehlt 9. Boden war bei Ankunft schmutzig und wir mussten erst wischen
