The stay was great. Service was great. Positive: The property was great in a good location. John was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The pictures need to be updated on site. The master bed my sister did not like the firmness but not a big deal.

Would not recommend Positive: Location is quite convenient. Negative: The earlier reviews were very accurate: the sound insulation of the building is so bad you hear every little sound the neighbours make, or of what’s happening in the hallway. The street noise travels easily through windows too. The condo does require a major renovation. Check-in experience was poor. The host discovered that their connected entrance door lock does not work for non +1 phone numbers. It was not easy to get new check-in instructions last minute. Upon our arrival, the space was still being cleaned.
