Belle unité au centre-ville de Miami avec parking gratuit

polecam Positive: Czysty, wygodny i komfortowy obiekt, wszystko ok. Negative: Mieliśmy problem z odnalezieniem miejsca parkingowego, pomimo instrukcji około pół godziny szukaliśmy miejsca.

Nice condo w/ wonderful view but we would'nt stay there again because of the aggravation (see below) Positive: Very nice, clean and comfortable condo but 2nd bedroom seems to be a converted small den or large storage with no windows. The view is terrific from the 18th floor but very loud with the balcony door open. Negative: Very long, convoluted and frustrating instructions for checking in and parking. There was no direct communications with the owner except through encrypted email address (via booking.com?) Owner requested we send photos of our id's and car registration which we did via email attachments. Then s/he wanted us to What's App the pics to her/him (we did not have a name or phone number so how???). Also we were told not to talk to the office or mention AirBnB which left us suspicious of the validity of our rental. Upon check out there were more late instructions and a statement to rate the unit 10 out of 10. An hour after checkin time we still did not have an email stating that our id's had been received. Fortunately we just went to the condo where the door was open and the keys and parking fob were present. It's necessary to go up to the 18th floor (make sure you take the right elevator), retrieve the fob then back down to retrieve your car, then drive around the block to find the correct garage entrance and guest parking area and find the poorly marked parking spot. The parking spot is undergroungd dark and deafening (due to the industrial fans required to vent the exhaust) and the ceiling is so low we could not open our rear hatch with out hitting the roof.

Positive: parking was perfect … the parking garage is directly connected to the property. our apartment was amazing with a beautiful view of the city. it was very clean and comfortable and we always got an answer we had questions
