Appartement moderne d'une chambre au centre-ville de Brickell avec parking gratuit

Buena vista pero no tan moderno. Positive: La vista era muy buena. Negative: La propiedad se ve antigua, los muebles desgastados y muy usados. No es nada moderno como dice la publicacion.

But the owner was easy to get in touch with Negative: Parking was located on the 7th floor, which was quite inconvenient. The elevators were covered with cloth, giving an unwelcoming first impression. As soon as we walked into the apartment, there was a strong mildew smell. The unit was not clean—corners of the rooms were unswept, and appliances like the refrigerator had not been wiped down. The linen closet door was hanging loose. The bathroom was the worst part. The floor tiles were broken, and both the sink and toilet were damaged. There were only two face cloths provided, so we had to wash them daily.

War ganz ok Positive: Die Lage ist super. Der Parkplatz ist gratis. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super gut. Danke dafür. Der Preis war sehr günstig, deshalb muss man auch einige Unbequemlichkeiten in Kauf nehmen Negative: Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche war so, dass ich dort im Leben nicht gekocht hätte. Man konnte nicht heizen, ohne unsere Wintermäntel als zusätzliche Decke wären wir krank geworden. Miami hatte einstellige Celsius Temperaturen.
