Spacieux appartement de 2 chambres à Brickell avec parking gratuit

Great location and a nice property overall. The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom is a bit dated but still in good condition. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. The room was quiet thanks to being on a higher floor. Parking is convenient, though getting in and out can take 5–10 minutes since the garage ramps are quite narrow and slow to navigate.

Avoid this Dump Positive: Good Brickell location for walking. Negative: The condo was dirty, furniture worn out and some pieces broken, bathroom sink clogged. Manager offered to send a handyman to paint and fix things while we were staying there on vacation. Terrible service. Dumpy place. Look elsewhere.

Positive: Location was great, size of unit but is in need of repairs and updating. Negative: No towels ready to use, coffee maker not clean, left overs in from a prior guest. Caulking all over the tub and floor. Bottom of vanity wood is rotted. Overall I could never recommend this unit in its current condition.

Super Lage und Atemberaubende Aussicht aber die Bäder benötigen eine Renovation. Positive: Super Aussicht, Lage und freundliche Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Parkhaus ist gross genug für einen BMW X7. Bequeme Betten und sehr gute Fenster (Schallisoliert). Negative: Ein Duschkopf konnte nicht eingestellt werden da Anschluss defekt. Bei der anderen Badewanne hatte es grosse Risse. Renovation beider Bäder nötig. Praktisch alle Möbel hatten irgend einen Defekt. Mitarbeiter am Empfang teils Unfähig zeitlich die Garage zu öffnen.

Positive: Can’t imagine finding a better location that this one. Gorgeous view. Really nice swimming pools. Only couple blocks away from Brickell city Centre. Right next to the best restaurants/shops and nightlife. Will be coming back and staying here again soon!
