Communication with owner was absolutely terrible. Had issues with check-in and host went radio silent. Contacted VRBO support and still had issues.Host canceled our stay while we were already traveling to the location. As a VRBO host myself, I would never treat a renter the way I was treated.

Great price horrible guest service.
Positive: Location was close to the cruise port. Guest was unable to enjoy spa as it was supposed to be included in their stay.
Negative: Guest was unable to enjoy spa as it was supposed to be included in their stay. Guest did not have enough towels for pool and personal use. Front dest staff was rude to guest.
