Positive: Ubicacion, pegado a metromover, y a markeplace byside. tiene parking privado, la salida del ascensor del parking esta al lado de la entrada al departamento. zona conmunitaria edificio, pileta, gym, parrillas, ping pong, 4 en linea. almacen 24hs autoservicio. piso 17, con buenas vistas. a pesar de que hay muchos edificios en construccion, el departamento es silencioso. Negative: No hay bidet, la ducha de la bañera es fija en el techo.

10000/10 rating Positive: Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Unit was exceptional clean. View was nice. Top floor unit. And the host was so attentive, courteous, and professional. I hope to be able to stay here again next time I’m in Miami and need to be close to port on just want to be in downtown Miami area. Highly recommend!! Thank you host for having us !! This was a fantastic stay. The host was extremely responsive and went out of their way to offer helpful suggestions for local activities and dining. Their communication made everything easy and stress-free, and made for a wonderful experience
