Could have been better. Positive: The location was nice. Negative: The host wanted 1/2 hour notice on arrival so he could let me in and then never showed up - I had to sneak in behind someone to enter. I was there for four nights and the hallway was filthy. There were no coffee cups (no coffee either), no hand towels. I asked if I could drop my bags off early and was told it would cost $100 - considering I paid $550 a night that seemed not nice. The photos were better than in person and the floor didn't feel clean on my bare feet.

I was satisfied with apartment and location. Positive: Like the arts area. Well cared for premises with up to date kitchen facilities. Didn’t use the buildings fitness amenities. Enjoyed seeing the other residents, younger, hip professionals with many dogs. Everyone in public areas very pleasant. Negative: Responsive, but impersonal communication with owner by messages. He answered questions about the directions for entry and exit, but written directions sent were not clear about needing fob to get back into building after exiting

Grosse Wohnung mit aufwändiger Anmeldung Positive: Grosse, helle Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Küche gut ausgestattet. Autoabstellplatz in der Garage neben dem Haus. Die Beschreibung, wie man ins Haus kommt, war verständlich. Negative: Umständliche und zeitaufwändige Anmeldung. Bevor man die Daten der Wohnung erhielt, musste von allen Gästen eine Kopie des Reisepasses schicken und unzählige Fragen beantworten. Zusätzlich musste man einen mehrseitigen Vertrag, gespickt mit Drohungen unterschreiben. Hätte ich dieses Vorgehen vorher gewusst, hätte ich die Wohnung nicht gebucht. Von den Bildern her sieht die Wohnung aus, als ob sie in einem Hotel wäre. Ist aber eher ein Haus mit möblierten Wohnungen. Der Blick auf die Garage aus den Fenstern. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster.

Quick stay but everything we needed close to everywhere we wanted! Positive: Clean and spacious with excellent location! Negative: Nothing, everything was great!
