This place was our first impression about Miami and we loved what we saw Positive: We loved this place. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The view from the window was amazing in the night. Negative: —-

Not ideal with children unless your happy for them to be smelling weed all day and night Positive: Great location, reception,pool and gym area very nice. Negative: Not ideal for a family of 4 as very small apartment . Should not be sold as 4 person occupancy as there is not 4 beds . Apartment block stinks of weed day and night not ideal with a 4 year old child . Owner accused us or smoking weed in the room ? Which we are very unhappy about as we have never smoked in our lives

SUPER RAPPORT QUALITE / PRIX Positive: L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé pour un court séjour. La résidence est très calme et sécurisée. La piscine, le sauna et la salle de sport sont un vrai plus et il y a très peu de monde. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus également. La communication est très fluide et ils répondent très rapidement. Negative: Seul petit bémol pour moi, mais c'est vraiment pinailler : ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres (vitrages fixes), je me suis sentie un peu enfermée.

solo nos quedamos dos dias, lo disfrutamos mucho, tiene todo. Positive: La ubicacion es excelente. El espacio y distribucion del departamento excelente, la limpieza muy bien, las instalaciones del condominio son muy buenas. El host muy atento y amable. Negative: la cerradura para entrar y salir es media complicada, solo ese detalle.
