Not recommended Positive: The size of the apartment was ok for two people. Negative: Not recommended We are pretty seasoned travelers, for the last 20 years we have traveled atleast three times a year, to Europe, the U.S. and/or South America. In all those trips we have very - very few times encountered such a problematic-inconvenient stay as we did here. The day we arrived (very tired, from three weeks in Europe) we found in the apartment four towels, two the size of a hand (for the face) and two slightly larger, hand size. No bathing towels. So I showered and dried with these tiny towels. That was a little awkward. But what’s worst is that the shower tub was clogged and the soapy water didn’t drain. So my feet were still dirty after showering. The toilet was also a problem. It clogged on the second day and on the third day. However, we fixed that. A little inconvenient and not what you would expect, but no big deal, right? But the toilet wasn’t working properly and would drain water to the floor. It flooded because the internal system of floats and levers was not working properly. That happened three times. The handyman came two times and supposedly fixed the problem, but it continued flooding. The last time the repair man couldn’t come that day (Saturday) or the next. Do we had a faulty drainy toilet for several days. We requested a mop to make it easier to pick up the water but it never came. I guess that made our stay somewhat problematic but what really really made the stay HORRIBLE was the next door neighbor. We couldn’t sleep. The lady would talk very loudly, maybe to herself, we really couldn’t tell. She might have been mentally disturbed, we don’t know. We literally were able to go to sleep on one day until 2 am, when these people “decided it was time for them to shut up and go to sleep”. The next day the noise went on until 3 am. And the third day until 4 am. It was unbelievable!! Of course we asked for assistance from the owner or property manager as well as from the front desk of the building (the administration).

Positive: Nix hat überzeugt Negative: Alle Möbel fallen fast auseinder das Bett ist eine Katastrophe fühlt sich an als schlaffe man auf dem Boden, die Toilette verstopft ständig eigentlich kaum möglich, alles im gesamten schon sehr stark beansprucht, der Vermieter informiert kurz vor Ankunft mal soll eine app herunter laden damit sich die Türe aussperrt dafür benötigt man jedoch eine us Nummer die man erst am airport besorgen kann, vor Ort keine nutzbare Funktion die tüte verschlossen nach 1 Std öffnet der Vermieter per ab die Türe nach 15 Std Anreisezeit natürlich perfekt.... Klimaanlage nicht regulierbar entweder an oder aus fertig Erkältung vorprogrammiert. Service und Qualität sind hier wirklich nur als Katastropha zu bezeichnen, mir ist ein Rätsel wo die positiven Bewertungen herkommen.l
