Negative: The Tower is old and the place, the beds are so uncomfortable. The view was nice but it had ropes hanging down and could'nt really enjoy the view

Great view in the heart of Miami
Positive: Staff was friendly and responded fast.
Flat has a great view and is spacious with all amenities one needs
Beautiful spa and gym
Few minutes walking distance from Miami mover
Negative: Lobby under renovation. Awful elevator experience, needs to wait sometimes up to 20 minutes. One single lift fob per appartement, so imagine the organization if someone needs to go alone to gym🫤
Swimming pool closed during the week due to construction work, this was not announced on booking. That was our main criteria.
No luggage storage possibility, we had to pay an expensive and far outside company
Few minor technical issues in the flat. Second room without window.
