Modern 2 Bed Mins from Brickell W/ Free Parking

Great place to stay Positive: Great size, well-appointed kitchen, good location. Negative: Nothing!

Definitely would not stay again. Positive: The property has great amenities, and a bodega attached to it that is open until midnight which is convenient. Target, Publix and a few other stores are right around the corner. Negative: The cleaners weren’t finished cleaning by our check-in time, making the leasing manager get aggravated we were parked in future residents parking like we were advised to do so because we couldn’t get our parking pass yet. After driving 10 hours and not being able to get in our room at the scheduled time, was extremely annoying.. the cleaners did an awful job. The floors made our feet and babies legs black. There were pube hairs on the towels. The couch was broken. No scissors, no oven mitts, nothing. The area is extremely ghetto. There are people literally sleeping on the streets and asking for handouts on every corner. If you’re a woman, DO NOT walk alone unless you have protection. Extremely noisy and a lot of construction going on.

Positive: Absolutely clean. Comfy. Location is great. Host is excellent. Negative: Everything was perfect about the property.

Nice, clean apartment with great views. Positive: Nice rooms, well equipped apartment. Negative: Access is not that easy, finding the parking spot was difficult as the numbers were not visible.
