Good for a short stay Positive: The apartment has all the facilities you need, a good location to go to the beach by car and has a parking spot which is great to have in Miami. A lot of good places to eat nearby and supermarkets. Negative: Is not maintained properly, a lot of things are old, we couldn’t use the dishwasher because it was going out of the furniture. The bathrooms were not cleaned very good, a lot of hair and dust in there.

Negative: Single beds were not that comfortable

Buena ubicación con cochera en Midtown Positive: Comodidad de las habitaciones y espacios comunes y baños. Ubicación del edificio y que tenga parking. Buenas camas y espacios de guardado. Negative: Que tenía puertas grandes y pesadas sin necesidad. Faltaban repasadores, individuales o manteles, es decir elementos de limpieza y protección de mesa en cocina. En baño en suite pasar de duchador a regadera no es algo simple y no está explicado.

Buena ubicación Positive: Good location. Big enough for 2 nights stay (smaller than what pictures show). Parking included. Negative: The elevator wasn't working when we arrived, we had to take the stairs with all our luggage. We arrived 20 minutes before check in time, and the cleaning lady was still there, not cleaning the apartment, but washing and drying her own clothes. We came in at 3pm, and she was still there with her kid, and didn't left until she finished her laundry. Also I didn't get the code access for the apartment until I mentioned it to the owner (first he told me there was no code, I guess he was expecting me to keep the door open). Kitchen equipment was limited, no pots, no kitchen towel.
