Positive: Pekný, nový byt, pohodlné postele. Majiteľ veľmi nápomocný. Súkromné parkovisko v podzemnej garáži.
Negative: Slabé vybavenie kuchyne, veľmi nám chýbal sušiak na bielizeň.
