Positive: Este un apartament foarte folosit, vizibil, însă raportul calitate preț este ok, zona este foarte bună, în centrul brickell, se ajunge pe jos la restaurante mari, cinema sau mallul brickell city center. Negative: După sejur, la 1/2 săptămâni, proprietarul a încercat să ne bage pe gât o taxă de 250$ pentru fumat (niciuna dintre noi nu este fumătoare nici măcar de vape). Asta mi s-a părut foarte urat.
